Each section of the plan was color coded for easier reference. Icons were designed for a rating system to illustrate the relative impact of each strategy. Additional icons visually defining each action area were also used throughout the document.  Strategies in each section featured conceptual illustrations to both visually and textually convey the strategy. Illustrations continued the color associated with the section for ease of navigation within the document .
